# 4. Auto Stamina (use packs from inventory)

* When enabled **and the account is running**, the worker automatically loads stamina from the account's own inventory **as soon as stamina drops below 150 — about 1,000 at a time** (fewer packs if inventory is short) — never buys anything, never spends gems.
* It picks the **largest pack you actually own that fits under the 9,999 stamina cap** (100 → 50 → 25 → 10). A pack that would push stamina past 9,999 is skipped, never wasted.
* The first use happens within \~5 minutes of enabling; the worker tracks your exact pack counts and current stamina from the game's own data.
* Turn it on/off any time from the card switch or the edit page — changes apply to running accounts within minutes.

> ℹ️ Stamina regenerates on its own up to the 9,999 cap; this feature just makes sure your stocked packs don't sit unused.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://doc.iscope.online/documentation/4.-auto-stamina-use-packs-from-inventory.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
